Day of Coordination / Partial Planning
Our day of coordination package actually kicks off from the moment you book with us. While often called "Day-Of," we refer to this as our Partial Planning Package. We'll dive in and gather vendor details and information, and we'll also review all the fine print in your venue and vendor agreements! We see you through to the event day where we coordinate logistics and ensure that everything runs smoothly. We'll have our head in the game so you get to enjoy your day!

Phone consultation to confirm details one week prior to the Wedding

Attendance at and coordination of a one-hour ceremony rehearsal

Serve as vendor point of contact as early in the process as client prefers

Creation of the Ceremony and Reception timelines and distribution to the appropriate parties

Assistance with seating chart preparation as needed

Walk-through of the event space prior to the Wedding Day

Review of the final Banquet Event Order

Alphabetization of place cards

Creation and distribution of Reception Seating Chart with coordinating list of guest meal selections to the event venue

On-site coordinator the day of the Wedding

Supervision and assistance with event décor set-up and styling at the ceremony and reception sites

Gathering and packing of all items/decorations that belong to the Client at the end of the evening

Use of our “emergency kit”

Gathering of friends and family for necessary photos throughout the event

Final vendor payment and gratuity distribution

Coordination of the event timeline

Coordination of all Wedding traditions and formalities (speeches, bridal dance, bouquet and garter tosses, etc.)

Distribution of flowers/corsages/boutonnieres and assistance with pinning

Arrangement of family and bridal party for the ceremony procession, entrance into the reception, etc
*Package includes 75 miles of round-trip travel for the event space walk-through, ceremony rehearsal, and Wedding Day
